“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?
And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
~The Apostle Paul in Romans 10:13-15,
And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Joel 2:32 & Isaiah 52:7 are quoted.
All Christians, not just those who preach on Sunday mornings, are called to share the Good News. And all live and share in the richness of Christ’s message (Colossians 3:16).
I love preaching. I love participating in a good sermon as a member of the congregation, hearing the word spoken. I love being the one to prayerfully prepare, study for, and deliver a sermon. I love the surprising comfort, and challenge, of Christ’s Gospel proclaimed.

During seminary, it has been a joy for me to take four preaching classes. While my baseline skills in preaching are modest, I know I have grown, and hope to continue to grow, in preaching messages which honor Christ, preach His truly good news, and connect meaningfully to the life of the local congregation.
Online Catalog of Sermons
For the convenience of those wanting to see more of my preaching, I have included links to all of my sermons here. If you wish, you may also follow a link to their blog post pages, some of which include notes, further details, or (at times) a transcript of the sermon.
They are listed in reverse chronological order (most recent first).
I believe you will hear an improvement in quality in the later sermons compared to the earlier ones.

While these are not all the sermons I have ever preached, they are all I have cataloged in some way on this website. I hope they demonstrate the work of a preacher who, while having much room to grow, has displayed improvement. And, more than that, I hope it is preaching that (for all its faults) unquestionably puts on display Jesus’ love, is faithful to the scriptures, and proclaims the Good News.
